Making Calls Within USA
Step 1: Dial the toll-free access number or local access number. To get the toll free number for the phone card you bought(We have different toll-free access number for each phone card), click the phone card you choice. To get the local access number, click the phone card you choice, and then click the area code or state you are living in. If the country you are calling from is not listed on the local-number list, call Customer Service collect at 1-800-304-7059 .
Step 2: Follow the voice prompt, and enter your PIN number.
Step 3: Dial the area code and phone number of the party you wish to reach. |
Making International Calls Within USA

Making Calls from Outside USA
Step 1: Dial the local access number for the country you are in.
To get the local access number, click the phone card you choice, and then click the area code or state you are living in. If the country you are calling from is not listed on the local-number list, call Customer Service collect at 1-800-304-7059 .
Step 2: Follow the voice prompt, and enter your PIN number.

.Your PIN number.
.011 + country code + city code (if applicable) + phone number
To view country codes, click country codes.

.International calls: Dial 011 + country code + city code + telephone number + #
