1 U.S.A. - BEIJING Depart West Coast today aboard a spacious jet for your transpacific journey and cross the International Dateline.
2 U.S.A. - BEIJING En route
3 BEIJING (B/L/D) Upon arriving Beijing, you will be met by our professional local guide at the Beijing International Airport. Then we shall proceed to the Palace Museum - the Forbidden City, Tian An Men Square - the well-known largest square in the world, and the Summer Palace - the largest imperial garden in China. This evening you will enjoy a Chinese acrobatic show with delicious dinner.
4 BEIJING (B/L/D) Full day excursion outside of Beijing to the remarkable Great Wall and legendary Ming Tombs - the last resting place of 13 emperors. Tonight's special dinner gives you a real taste of the famous Peking Duck.
5 BEIJNG - SHANGHAI - SUZHOU (B/L/D) In the morning we take a domestic flight to Shaghai - a modern city with more than 14 million people. Enjoy your lunch after arrival then take a city tour including the Yu Garden, Nan Pu Bridge, Oriental TV Tower and the Bund. We then take a deluxe coach towards fabulous Suzhou.
6 SUZHOU - WATERTOWN (TONGLI) - HANGZHOU (B/L/D) After breakfast we shall visit the famous Hanshan Temple, Lingering Garden and the Grand Canal. In the afternoon our tour bus will go along the Watertown (Tongli) and proceed to Hangzhou.
7 HANGZHOU - SHANGHAI (B/L/D) China's poets have praised Hangzhou as a paradise on the earth. We are going to take a cruise on the famous West Lake, then visit the majestic Ling Yin Temple (Temple of Inspired Seclusion) and Yue Fei's Mausoleum. Later in the afternoon we go back to Shanghai, enjoy the romantic atmosphere of The Bund.
8 SHANGHAI (B/L/D) Visit Nanjing Road, one of the best shopping areas in China, for your own leisure.
9 SHANGHAI - HONGKONG (B) Fly to Hong Kong after breakfast. The rest of the day is free for your own leisure activities. (No meal included for the entire Hong Kong period)
