Making Calls Within USA
Step 1: Dial the toll-free access number or local access number. To get the toll-free access number for the phone card you bought(We have different toll-free access number for each phone card), click here. To get the local access number, Click local-number list(If the country you are calling from is not listed on the local-number list, call Customer Service collect at 1-800-304-7059 ).
Step 2: Follow the voice prompt, and enter your PIN number.
Step 3: Dial the area code and phone number of the party you wish to reach. |
Making International Calls Within USA
Step 1: Dial the toll-free access number or local access number. Making Calls from Outside USA
Step 1: Dial the local access number for the country you are in.
To get the local access number, Click local-number list(If the country you are calling from is not listed on the local-number list, call Customer Service collect at 1-800-304-7059 ).
Step 2: Follow the voice prompt and enter:
.Your PIN number.
.011 + country code + city code (if applicable) + phone number
To view country codes, click country codes.

.Make calls to USA/Canada: Dial 1 + area code + telephone number.
.International calls: Dial 011 + country code + city code + telephone number + #
